Q: My progress isn’t syncing between devices?

Make sure iCloud is enabled for TinyTrace in Settings β†’ Apple ID β†’ iCloud. Both devices need to be signed into the same iCloud account.

Q: My Apple Pencil isn’t working properly?

Ensure your Apple Pencil is charged and paired. TinyTrace works best with Apple Pencil but finger tracing is fully supported too.

Q: How do I reset my child’s progress?

Go to Parent Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Reset Data. This will clear all progress and start fresh. This action cannot be undone.

Q: The app keeps crashing?

Try force-closing the app and reopening. If issues persist, reinstall TinyTrace from the App Store. Your iCloud progress will restore automatically.

Q: How do I access the Parent Dashboard?

The Parent Dashboard is protected by a simple parent gate. Follow the on-screen instructions to access settings and progress data.

Q: Is TinyTrace compatible with Guided Access?

Yes! TinyTrace works perfectly with iOS Guided Access. Enable it in Settings β†’ Accessibility β†’ Guided Access to lock your child into the app.
